Yves Duroseau, MD, MPH
Chief Medical director officer
Is also the current Chair of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital (LHH), NS/LIJ. As Chair, Dr. Duroseau provides overall leadership of the department, with responsibility for strategic planning, development, clinical services, quality, professional performance, and medical education. Dr. Duroseau is also the Co-Chair of the Performance Improvement Coordinating Group (PICG) for Lenox Hill Hospital. The PICG is
responsible for overseeing all quality initiatives for the hospital.
Dr. Duroseau joins LHH from the Kings County Hospital Center in Brooklyn, NY, where he was the Director of Service in the Department of Emergency Medicine. Before his post at Kings County Hospital Center, Dr. Duroseau served as the Medical Director of the Department of Emergency Medicine and as an Attending Physician at St. Vincent’s Hospital in New York City.
He has held several academic appointments. Most recently as an Assistant Clinical Professor with the State University of New York, and has held academic appointments with New York Medical College and New York University Medical Center. He is a Peer Reviewer for the Academic Emergency Medicine journal. He has published on his experience and successes
with the use of Lean methodologies in transforming Kings County Hospital’s Emergency Department. Dr. Duroseau is very engaged in promoting life sciences and health IT in New York City.
He serves as an advisor/mentor to the Entrepreneurship Lab, Bio and Health Tech (eLab NYC), American Heart Association Innovation Forum and Blueprint Health all in NYC. Dr. Duroseau’s commitment to service is demonstrated through his founding of the mentorship
programs, Doctors as Mentors at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Bridging the Gap at New York University and New York University Medical School, both intended to support minority students interested in or pursuing careers in medicine. He serves on the board of EMEDEX International
a non-for-profit organization committed to the advancement of sustainable emergency healthcare solutions worldwide. He was honored this year with an award for “outstanding
achievements” by the Association of Haitian Physicians Abroad.
Dr. Duroseau earned his medical degree and Master of Public Health degree as well as completed his residency in emergency medicine and internship in internal medicine at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Washington, D.C. He completed postdoctoral research in Medical Informatics at The National Institutes of Health
in Bethesda, MD. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
Dwayne A. Williams graduated from the Long Island University Physician Assistant program with honors. A member of the Physician Assistant Honor Society Pi Alpha, he has been a practicing physician assistant since 2002.
Currently he also serves as the director of didactic education and as a clinical preceptor for the Long Island University program.
He is also an adjunct professor for the Weill Cornell Medical College physician assistant program during their didactic year and for their Physician Assistant National Certification Exam (PANCE) review courses. Dwayne has also conducted many live PANCE/PANRE review courses, review courses for residency programs as well as taught lectures for medical students and nurse practitioners.
Isaak N. Yakubov Co Founder & CEO - graduated from the Long Island University physician assistant program with a Master’s degree. He has practiced as a physician assistant since 2014 in Neurosurgery and Emergency Medicine.
Isaak Yakubov is one of the authors of the Ultimate Medical Mnemonic Comic Book and one of the founders of the Flipmed app.
He is a Professor at Long Island University for the School of Health Professions and at Touro University’s PA program
Isaak is a clinical preceptor for Medical/Physician assistant students from the York, NYIT, Wagner College, SABA, and SJU medical programs.
Dr. Vyachislav Abayev

Dr. Abayev is a highly trained physician. He is a dual board certified in both Internal Medicine and Anesthesiology. His training did not stop after his residency has been completed. He continued his training in Aesthetics and Rejuvenative Medicine by taking continuing education courses and excelling in his skills and knowledge. His knowledge and experience in both medical and surgical aspects of medicine has benefited his patients significantly. Dr.
Abayev has many years of experience in medical home visiting services, general medical office visits, aesthetic and rejuvenating medicine.
Michael Yakubov, OD, earned his Bachelor of Psychology from Queens College, City University of New York. He then went on to earn his Doctorate in Optometry from State University of Optometry in New York. Dr. Yakubov completed externships in several different modes of practice. It was there that he gained an understanding of ocular disease and treatment.
He participated in comprehensive eye examinations; cataract, glaucoma, diabetes, hypertension, macular degeneration evaluations; as well as pediatric and geriatric eye care. Dr. Yakubov also completed an externship at the East New York Diagnostic Center in Brooklyn, New York, where he gained valuable experience in diagnoses of ocular disease pertaining to overall systemic health.
He then joined Med Elite Group as medical director overseeing and guiding all operations pertaining to optometric care. Today, Dr. Yakubov performs comprehensive eye examinations, with special emphasis on eye health. Dr. Yakubov diagnoses diabetic eye disease, glaucoma, cataracts and other ocular pathology. He also has a special interest in contact lenses.

Sandra MacSweeney, Head Nurse coordinator
BSN-RN, graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Nursing; has been a practicing nurse since 2007.
Professionally, she has served as MDS Coordinator, highly trained in all bedside procedures including IV infusions, Blood transfusions, ventilators, cranial shunts, J-tubes and Peg-tubes, and clinical assessment, overall driving a positive and healing environment.
Extensive experience with direct patient care, represent the community perspective in the decision-making process within the NYS system. Sandra is exceptionally dedicated to advocating and enhancing the attention of the sick and general population. She is passionate about developing informed strategic applications that will help bridge the gap between nursing research and nursing practices. Collaborates with medical staff leaders and other disciplines for evaluation of patient care service lines, and patient care equipment and facility needs.
