What can I use the LEAA service for?
LEAA will connect you or your family members with a trained medical provider to treat your urgent care needs which include, but are not limited to: sore throat, cough, cold, minor injuries, lacerations, rashes, urinary tract infections, upper respiratory infections, flu-like symptom, minor burns, yearly physicals, and management of some chronic diseases.
LEAA will connect you to an eye doctor for eye conditions which include but are not limited to the pink eye, red eye, corneal abrasions, chronic eye conditions, annual eye exams, eye exams for DMV, and eye exams for glasses/lenses.
The medical providers cannot prescribe narcotics or any other drugs in that class if this is an emergency or if you are experiencing chest pains, abdominal pains, or any other life-threatening symptoms do not use our services and call 911.
Can I use LEAA as a substitute for my insurance policy?
No, LEAA is not a substitute for insurance policies, and it is not an insurance policy. LEAA currently does not accept insurance plans.
Who can use LEAA?
Our medical providers can treat adults, children, and infants from 6 months and older adults must request a visit for their children that are under the age of 18 in most circumstances.
When and where can I request LEAA services?
LEAA is currently available in New York and is coming soon to more cities and states. Download our app to schedule a visit.
How much does it cost to use LEAA services?
LEAA offers different plans that are highly competitive. Our plans start at $99.00 a month. We also offer visits without plans at highly competitive rates which include: video consult (without a program): $45.00 home visit (without a plan): $99.00 *the initial amount paid covers the tour but does not include extra tests or procedures that may need to be performed. All additional charges will be notified to you before implementing them and only performed with your permission.

LEAA has partnered with many different specialists and will refer you to one if necessary. After your visit, you should always follow-up with your primary care provider .
Can I cancel my visit after placing one?
If you cancel your appointment, you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. If for any reason the provider decided to cancel your visit, you will not be charged a fee or lose a visit to your plan.
