not bad but pretty standard, its does what it meant to do.
Pros
tried and tested and had a fair amount of participants.
Cons
not as advanced as far as user friendly experience (a lengthy process) doesn't include any of the other services like eye check and pet healthcare, no mapping system for eta like uber and not based on the home service more in to clinic appointments, and that is something anyone can do you don't need an app for that.
