He’s also spearheading the development of Leaa’s cutting-edge medical booking platform, which integrates AI-powered customer support, real-time pricing, smart evaluations, transparent EMR, and Uber-like map tracking — a complete operating system for modern healthcare at home.

Dwayne A. Williams graduated with honors from the Long Island University Physician Assistant program. A Physician Assistant Honor Society Pi Alpha member, he has been a practicing physician assistant since 2002.

He also serves as the director of didactic education and a clinical preceptor for the Long Island University program. He is also an adjunct professor for the Weill Cornell Medical College physician assistant program during their didactic year and for their Physician Assistant National Certification Exam (PANCE) review courses. Dwayne has also conducted many live PANCE/PANRE review courses, review courses for residency programs, and lectures for medical students and nurse practitioners.

Sekuleo Gathers, M.D. is a board-certified Emergency Room physician born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. After attending medical school at George Washington University and completing his Emergency Medicine training at Mount Sinai Medical Center, he has settled down with his wife and two young daughters in Northern New Jersey. Before taking a leadership role at LEAA, Dr.

Gathers owned New York Physician, a mobile medical concierge service serving the needs of International Travelers, Businessmen, and High-net-worth individuals in New York City. Dr. Gathers understands the profound changes in the healthcare landscape and is excited to work with LEAA as they trailblaze this new era of healthcare delivery. In his spare time, Dr. G enjoys blogging, producing short films, and hosting his weekly podcast - The Truth Prescription, which focuses on Personal Development and Entrepreneurship.

Sekuleo Gathers, M.D.

Michael Yakubov, O.D., earned his Bachelor of Psychology from Queens College, City University of New York. He then earned his Doctorate in Optometry from the State University of Optometry in New York. Dr. Yakubov completed externships in several different modes of practice. It was there that he gained an understanding of ocular disease and treatment.

He participated in comprehensive eye examinations; cataract, glaucoma, diabetes, hypertension, and macular degeneration evaluations; and pediatric and geriatric eye care. Dr. Yakubov also completed an externship at the East New York Diagnostic Center in Brooklyn, New York. He gained valuable experience in diagnoses of ocular diseases about overall systemic health.

He then joined Med Elite Group as medical director, overseeing and guiding all operations about optometric care. Today, Dr. Yakubov performs comprehensive eye examinations with a particular emphasis on eye health. Dr. Yakubov diagnoses diabetic eye disease, glaucoma, cataracts, and other ocular pathology. He also has a particular interest in contact lenses.
